Toilet Paper Roll Art
Paper is going out of style. The book shelves are less full. The magazine stands are sparse. When I am forced to use a pen, my brain simply stabs at the paper like it’s typing on keys. The only mail i get is junk mail. And i never have paper in my purse to wrap my gum in, like i did in yesteryears. But, one kind of paper that neither the internet nor the recession has affected is toilet paper. An electronic option isn’t available for your Kindle or Ipad. And there is as of now no app ‘for that.’ So we continue to use toilet paper for our bathrooming needs like it’s the 90s. With that i bring you the art of French painter/collage artist Anastassia Elias who creates amazing tiny scenes in toilet paper rolls. They are like a diorama meets a kaleidoscope. And they are really cool to look at, on or off the toilet.

TI$A Footwear by Stampd’ LA
Taz Arnold and his TI$A brand are holding steady on the forefront of fashion these days, thanks to a unique style that draws from influences found all over the world. To launch the first footwear line in company history, Taz linked up with Stampd’ LA to release a limited run of some unique kicks. The shoe itself owns a very simple canvas build with a three panel design. Gucci was clearly the inspiration for the first pair, which teams a red and green striped forefoot with a pattern-covered tan heel. The second and third shoes each use a single pattern all over, with black and bright blue serving as the majority colors, respectively. 75 total pairs exist and this shoe is available now at Stampd’ LA
You Could Look Like Marty McFly
You can have his one-of-a-kind jacket and self-lacing sneakers used in Back To The Future II to be just as cool as Marty; because let’s be honest, Marty McFly was on everyone’s lips in the 80′s and still today he is still being heard of and for a $25,000-$50,000 the jacket could be yours or the sneakers for $12,000-$15,000.
The special “resizing” jacket from the year 2015 was the only one made for the movie. The special effects involved actually meant having a team of people on the ground pulling on several cables hidden inside the jacket to make it appear that it’s resizing. The sneakers were also used with wires. Even though these items may not re-size themselves, these things are pretty cool!
Bullet Girl
Bullet Girl is logically a jewelry line made of, well, bullets. Each piece is made of real blank plated bullets. From rings, to necklaces, to bracelets, to earrings. All bullets. All the time. And the stuff is really cool. Plus each piece comes with these handy travel instructions: Please remember that your unique handcrafted piece of Bullet Girl jewelry is a blank bullet and will not be permitted to be worn or checked-in with your carry on luggage. To travel with this jewelry, it must go in your checked

An Evening with Puck From Glee
Thursday evening I took my brand new Blackberry Torch (Thanks Blackberry) to the BBM Lounge for Mark Salling’s record release party. Mark Salling is more commonly referred to as Puck from Glee, the dreamy sort of mohawked Jewish singing football player than knocked up Quinn. Did I mention he is dreamy? He really is.
So Mark, some of the Glee cast, and a variety of other adults that play teenagers on TV and in film all gathered for the festivities. He played a bunch of songs off his new album Pipe Dreams which was released on October 12 on his own record label Pipe Dream Records. Not only is he cute and talented, he has a little Don Draper businessman in him. Xexy.

Balanced layering
Stella McCartney for Exercise
London’s Fitzroy Square turned into Stella McCartney for Adidas’s headquarters for her Spring/Summer 2011 presentation at London Fashion Week. There were models on bikes in one room, models working out in another, a faux a yoga class in another, a tennis court, and even a camping scene complete with trees and fresh grass. The clothes are a little more functional and a little more stylish this season. Plus there was the addition of a Weekender collection, which combines the technology in the line with a little more everyday style for the more fashion forward set. “(It) is a celebration of the season, people enjoying being outside and enjoying their surroundings and getting at one with nature and using life to its fullest,” McCartney explained. It was certainly a creative and cool way to showcase the durability and comfort associated with the work-out geared collection. This would have been a fun modeling gig, huh.

PFW 2010: Alexander McQueen Shines Through The Rest
Did you see it! It was amazing! It was beautiful!
After the death of Lee Alexander McQueen in February 2010 and Sarah Burton took over the fashion house as the new creative director. Many were careful to suspect that she could come even close to compare to Lee Alexander McQueen himself. Luckily for Sarah Burton she impressed pretty much everyone from celebrities, magazines, editors, and fashion designs alike. Her collection for Alexander McQueen S/S 2011 showed beautiful golden and white gowns and dressed glittered with unique prints. The pieces were nature inspired with the use of feathers and butterflies. While keeping to Alexander’s ascetic, Burton was able to still throw in her own little twists here and there.
Were sure Lee Alexander McQueen would be very proud.
See the backstage pictures from the show during Paris Fashion Week before they walked the runway after the jump. The images provided by V Magazine are a great way to see the dresses in a new light with more movement.

PFW 2010: Chanel Grabs Everyone’s Attention
No wonder the Chanel show during Paris Fashion Week is always the most anticipated. Creative director of Chanel, Karl Lagerfeld introduced Chanel’s S/S 2011 collection yesterday, and let’s just say nothing in the world seemed to matter as the stunning creations strut down the runway. Pastels and the traditional black and white were the colors of choice, but this was no shock to anyone. What caught people’s eyes were the new trend feathers and surprisingly short shorts which is usually new for the usual covered up brand.
Check out the amazing collection after the jump.

ADIDAS ORIGINALS BY JEREMY SCOTT F/W 2010
This is the new adidas Originals by Originals Jeremy Scott Fall/Winter 2010 Collection. As expected everything is bold. Color-wise the designer chose to go a little more subtle this season, mostly using black, white and grey tones. But the use of glitter, wings, large logos and other design elements is clearly Jeremy Scott's style.

Unseen Unreleased 1/1 1992 Jordan VII Original Sample
From the information I have gathered this is a look-see sample from 1992. These are real. The shoe shows all signs of age including fading, traveling dyes, stiffness, etc. The tag checks out as well. Older samples dont always say "SAMPLE" on the tag. Reputable board members have validated these. I would not drop money on any fake or promote them in any way.the only people know on the planet are john rifule . yes not even m.j has these .The shoes are in amazing condition for the age, midsole is excellent along with everything else. I think the color used to be a varsity purple but has faded. I got this impression because the pull tab on the heel and the purple material inside is a vibrant purple while the purple suede is a bit lighter. The greenish color is a teal similar to the jewel air forces with the clear midsoles. The tongue is slightly yellowed along with the laces and both have some dye bleeding into them. The leather on the back is the same tumbled style as cardinal VIIs. I took pictures with and without flash to show the difference but I still haven't mastered this new camera yet. In person these are amazing.
